}Data Coordinators are encouraged to register for a SCRS Pre-Collection Workshop
}Know your district number, building number, and user level when you call the Help Desk with technical concerns
}Plan to have meetings with staff responsible for the LPR and KCCMS if needed, to revise processes for the SCRS Collection
}Ask LPR staff to run the “LPR Info for SCRS” Report to KIDS staff-this report has all the data needed including the teacher ids

We are not requiring Data Coordinators to register but I urge you to plan to attend training on this relatively new collection because we are anticipating very important changes to this collection based upon what schools and districts have suggested as revisions to SCRS. I can’t share those with you today but we will be able to share them with those registered for those pre-collection workshops.

Plan meetings to align data reporting efforts in the LPR for SCRS for next year.

If you don’t work with the LPR, the person who does can generate a report from the LPR that can be helpful to KIDS staff preparing data for SCRS.
